This week, we’re rounding up February’s focus on relationships with a post tomorrow on our relationship with ourselves. Could any relationship be more fundamental to being a crazy good parent?
Then, on Thursday, we’ll begin focusing on staying alive. For many, spring is a time of rebirth and renewal. It brings an end to the dark days of winter. But spring also brings the highest suicide rate of the year in the United States. Though suicide is among the 10 leading causes of death here, it is preventable with education and treatment. We’ll spend the month exploring how to stay alive when the emotional days get darkest. Look for Thursday’s post to provide practical advice on dealing with self-harming thoughts and actions.
As always, your thoughts and experiences are welcome. Please consider writing a post; we need your voice and your anonymity can be assured. Contact me by clicking on the Share Your Crazy tab above and filling in the form, or by email to crazygoodparent@comcast.net. I look forward to hearing from you.

I just scribbled something down in my journal, not a full post, more like a sound bite, but you may find it fitting here. When would you need it emailed?

Whenever you’re ready. I usually run guest posts on Tuesday, so like to have the copy on the Thursday prior. Thank you SO much for thinking of me and CGP.
